Supervisor
Job Purpose Operate weaving machines, achieve daily production targets, maintain quality and safety, and guide operators for smooth production. Key Job Responsibilities 1. Operate weaving machines as per production plan and work instructions. 2. Coordinate daily work and guide operators to meet production targets. 3. Check machine settings, material availability and machine readiness. 4. Monitor product quality and report defects or deviations. 5. Maintain production, output, wastage and downtime records. 6. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic checks; report breakdowns. 7. Ensure proper material handling and reduce avoidable wastage. 8. Follow safety, PPE, housekeeping and standard operating procedures. 9. Train and guide operators on machine handling, quality and safety. 10. Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve daily issues. 11. Report production delays, material shortages and manpower issues to the HOD.
